For Tom

So that I don't have to hear Tom badgering me anymore, I've decided to post something. I don't really know what I will write about or anything, but it will be an update, nonetheless.

Let's see...hmmm...

• Tom ate 4 slices of pizza last night before Jon finished 2.
• Tom needs to thread a string through the waistband of his sweatpants, pronto.
• Jon put on my scarf and then complained that it smelled "all girly." (Who asked him, anyway?)
• Tom needs to get his stuff organized.
• Amicable is a word used by sophisticated people, like me.
• Don't talk to Jon while he's watching the news.
• Tom's crock pot is really greasy and needs to be cleaned.
• Jon is acting obsessive about his hair.
• Tom is acting obsessive about his hair.
• Colleen is not acting obsessive about her hair.
• Jon will not tell me when his birthday is, even though I think I already know the date.
  

Okay, I'm done now :o)

Shameless Plug

Last February, I posted a mini-review of a band I went to see, called Downtown Harvest. I was so excited when, in November, the band surfed onto my blog and left me a very nice comment on the post. (Check the comments link on the original post.) So, today, I am looking at DH's website, and realize that they put a link to my blog on their press page! Now I'm even more excited because, well, I am famous now. At least, I'd like to think so! Just let me have my moment, okay?

No, not this one. This blog is here to stay...at least for now. I decided to let go of my second blog "Just Me From Here." It wasn't worth having, as most of my updates come on this site.

Even more exciting is that I just used "ain't" in that last sentence!

Annoyance

I am so frustrated right now because my site feed is not updating correctly...my posts are listed in the wrong order. I think it has something to do with me going back and trying to add labels to posts that were missing them (from the old version of blogger). It's treating those old posts as new and bumping them to the top of my feed. UGGGHHHH.

Unless you subscribe to my feed, you won't notice this......so, carry on. Rant over.

EDIT: I am no longer annoyed. A kind soul on the help group told me how to fix the problem. Yay!

Yes I've been missing in action and neglecting my blog. I've been so busy lately with work, interviews, and other things. I promise to have a longer update coming soon. Now I'm off to watch the rest of A.I....Melinda better not be voted off!!

edit: Melinda went home :-( Blake and Jordin are in the finals....guess all the teeny-bopper girls voted for Blake, even though Melinda was much better.

A Second Home

I've been working on a new blog site for the BloggerBeta. Eventually this site will be upgraded as well. My new site is called Just Me From Here. It's function is not to replace this site. Say Anything will remain open, more as a public journal...more for updates on what I'm doing, news and headlines, interesting articles, song lyrics, books I'm reading, etc...basically, my random commentary (if that makes sense!).

Just Me From Here's function will be more as a photoblog or travelblog (did I just make up a new type of blog??). Anyway, the intention is to post pictures and observations of people, places, or things around the world. Visit the site...you'll get the idea!
